Milk

My toddler doesn’t like to have any milk. I really want him to drink at least one time in a day. Can someone please suggest any idea or recommend any milk mix./ milk cup

If your son doesn’t want to drink milk, it’s okay. If you are worried about calcium, there are many other food sources available that have the same amount or more calcium than milk. Examples: -yogurt -cheese -broccoli -oranges -chia seeds -tofu -almonds -white beans -sweet potato -butternut squash

Could always try just doing a tiny bit of chocolate mix or strawberry or could try pediasure once a day

We had the same problem for the days he didn’t eat yogurt or whatever else. He’s going through the hyper toddler, I don’t wanna eat much phase. There’s an Organic brand of a kids nutritional protein shake I want to try but until I order it, we got a pack of pediasure chocolate shakes that he likes! I’ve just been giving them to him on days where he needs more fat/protein

My son drinks vanilla pediasure

My son doesn’t care to drink much milk out of his normal cups, but he will down multiple cups in one of his tiny play cups! Maybe trying something different like that could help?
