Some help/advice please

So I had my 10 week scan today (I’m scanned regularly this pregnancy because of a complications before), this appointment was mainly just to check there is still a heartbeat which thank god there was. Now, I am aware the baby is still growing as I’m only 10w 1 day but from what I could see I couldn’t see any leg buds or limbs forming where the legs should be although the sonographer did say she could see some sort of leg bud down there but they aren’t fully developed yet and my 12 week scan will determine everything is ok and has developed and grown ok but I just cannot stop thinking and worrying thinking maybe the baby hasn’t developed properly with their legs as I got 3 photos 2 headshots and in the other where the legs should’ve been she’s caught it just before youd be able to see each anything which just seems strange to me but my partner says I am just overthinking. She assured me they’re still growing and all looks ok but we saw the hands/arms… do you think they would say if there was a problem or if I’d just have to wait until 12 weeks as that wasn’t actually what todays appointment was about?
