Long hair 3yo

Whats everyones personal opinion on first hair cut.. my daughter is 3yo 4 in December.. her hair is really curly and down to her bum i dont know id to leave her hair and let it just do what its doing because its so beautiful and curly or if to get her first haircutt but if leaving it will it ruin the ends once its too long 🥲
