Nausea relief?

Hi moms! We found out about two weeks ago that I am pregnant with our second. I have been so nauseous it’s almost unbearable. I’m having for force feed myself to get something in my stomach. My doctor recommended Unisom, B6, and a few other things but absolutely nothing is working. I bought Peggy pops off of Amazon and while those work about 50% of the time, I’m looking for some thing that doesn’t have as much sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My OB suggested I eat protein every hour. For me it was about every 45 minutes. I would have a string cheese, or bites of meat (I did crockpot chicken to have on hand all the time, drinkable yogurt, ECT. Something quick and small

Zofran tablet under the tongue and several saltine crackers before I even sat up in bed in the morning worked wonders for me. Then as needed throughout the day. Lots of small snacks throughout the day as well, anything that sounded good to me even if it wasn’t the healthiest, just to have something in my stomach. Hope you get some relief soon!!

Try to not let your stomach so empty and some salt crackers should help and some any drops that helped me a lot. Hope you feel better

Dry crackers definitely and smelling orange zest. Like those big juicy oranges. Just pinch the skin to get the smell and sniff on that.

Hey , I work in the medical field and I learned that sleeping rubbing alcohol on a little cotton pad help greatly with nausea. I was wondering what the heck … at first but it really works at least for me . I literally slept with a little bottle of rubbing alcohol on my night stand for 6 months lol 😂

Smelling*****

Acupuncture works wonders!

Lemons work for me & anything with mint, especially gum
