Seperating..
My partner and I have decided to separate. We are unmarried, we live together with our two young children (2yr & 1yr)
I do not work, I’m a stay at home mum.
Both of our names are on our house and mortgage.
How do we move forward but separately…
What happens with finances, child custody.
I need advice please.

I'm in a very similar situation. We just decided to sign the lease for one year to live together while separated and try to work on finances and figuring it all out. I am so sorry.
A lot of that depends on where you live and how long you have been together. In the best case, someone buys out the other person on your house, or you sell it and split the profit if there is any.
