Stocking up

In regards to buying nappies how many would everyone recommend me buy before baby is here and what sizes do I stock up on first size or should I get some in the next size up too?

i would get first size and also get bigger ones too :) if the big ones are too big they’ll fit at some point at least! x

I think first time around I had about 300 size one (10 a day) and lasted about a month then moved to size 2, and was in those a little longer, each month/size they generally go down a nappy or two a day. But my daughter does have a wide bum 😂😂

We just have on pack of size 0s (I’m expecting a small baby again) which has 24 nappies in. So that’ll probs last 2-3 days. We will wait and see how they fit because we can just nip to the shop or order more if we want more 0s.

for now i’ve bought 3 packs of size 1 to start with, and planning to buy a couple of packs of size 2 just to have in

I wouldn’t over donut as you may not like the brand you have picked. x

@Georg came here to say the same thing! If anything I'd buy a couple of smaller packs from different brands to find the one you like! I never used tesco own brand with my first but they've since become my favourite. Not that fussed on asda nappies anymore, but aldi are good also!

Especially with easy delivery options, just get a pack of size 0 and 1 to start
