I started to get swollen ankles at 22 weeks I just been drinking more water and trying to stay off my feet

Compression socks make sure you're drinking enough water and you're spending enough time up and walking around and sitting and not too much of either one and get yourself some compression socks I'm a semi truck driver unfortunately sitting is what I do so my doctor has me wearing compression socks they're surprisingly comfortable but they have done wonders for the swell I feel so much better since I started wearing them

@Teela is there a sock brand you like?

So far I've only tried Dr. Scholls which can be found at Walmart I have an order from Amazon coming in with some other

Mine started at 10 weeks. Water, water, water. Elevate legs whenever possible and you may want to get some compression socks.

Oh momma I am in the same boat (25+5) but mine is considered on the excessive side of swelling. I have orders to make sure I drink 100oz of water and elevate my feet as much as possible. I’m not Pre-E yet but I’m showing signs so I’m on a close watch.
