Confusing cues
My boy is almost 8m and we’ve been blw since he turned 7 after a false start trying to wean traditionally.
I do find myself now feeling like I’m not understanding his cues during feeding. He eventually gets upset and I don’t know if it cause he wants the food but he’s not that efficient at feeding yet or cause he’s had enough and wants to get out.
I suppose he’s squirm if he wants out.
How long do you leave your babes to mess about with their food?

@Savannah yeah! We’re still quite early days so that’s almost instantly 😂
Biggest cue that they're done is shaking their head and keeping their mouth closed. If you haven't I'd teach all done and more in sign. It's really helpful especially when they're this young

I would just let him sit in there until he started throwing it all on the floor and offer a bottle after an hour from that
