False positive

Hi guys I’ve heard that easy at home pregnancy tests give false positive has anyone else experienced it ? Have taken 2 test one control line was half way so assumed was false positive took another this morning a faint line all the way through . Did another one no line at all ! I feel soo odd period did come last week for one day then went and I’ve felt weird since tracking ovulation but BBT isn’t rising I’m soo confused

I’ve been getting a shadow on every single one I take so tried a different brand and it was negative, I don’t think they are very reliable tbh x

Thats what I thought just brought some ones from Tesco and negative x

I've never had a problem with easy@home but have heard some people have had faulty ones with no control lines. Maybe just a bad batch

I had one give me a clear positive after 1.5 years trying. Took another the next day and it was negative. That one broke my heart😭
