I think I could have gotten away with 10-15 sleepers and onesies and a couple pairs of pants and socks. I personally prefer footed pants then you don’t have to worry about socks at all. One or two sweaters and lots of bibs/burp cloths. My MIL is a shopaholic so we ended up with so many clothes we had no idea what to do with them all. Because we live in Canada and my kids were born in the winter, they also always wore a hat for the first month of their lives as well, and we had about half a dozen of those. You’ll probably need less changes of clothes as baby gets older because of less frequent diaper blow outs and spit ups
It’s really depends on how often you want to do laundry. I have heard you will likely need to change their clothes from blow out and spit ups about 3-5 times a day (each baby is different) I have about 20 outfits in most sizes
