Uterine irritability

Any other girlies struggling with Uterine irritability? Very real contractions and pain but basically nothing you can do to stop them. I’m 35 weeks today and was in hospital yesterday as they thought I might be in pre term labour but turns out it was Uterine irritability (UI) I was showing on the monitor that I was contracting but I wasn’t in labour. My cervix is fully closed. My little ones head is 1/5 engaged which i think is the lowest he can be before actually being in labour. And he’s in the best position for birth. I’m just struggling with the pain as it’s very regular pains which do make me have to stop and take a few deep breaths, nothing I do helps the pain (like paracetamol or taking a bath). Because of this how do I actually know if I go into labour 😂 I’m getting induced this month at some point anyway because my baby is slightly on the smaller side but when the doctor was explaining Uterine irritability he basically called it labour without the baby 🥲 should I just keep a look out for my plug/bloody show and continuously monitor pains to see if they get closer together?

Hey girl I'm so sorry your going threw this it's horrible I also had the same and they also thought inwas in labour multiple times one point it was that bad I had to be admitted for pain management what I found helped ease it is stronger pain relife that I received from the doctor to bring home and get from my GP gentle massage of the stomach when it was contracting but mine was that bad i got put on bed rest the last 2 weeks before the induced me at 37 weeks

I am struggling with the same. They have done nothing, as always. My doctor in Brasil said they could try give some progesterone to help the uterus to relax, but he also told me that warm water bottle, increase magnesium intake and rest and relax more.

Also, what is working for me when the contractions comes is to breath slow and deeply
