transition swaddle

Since 3 weeks old we have used the love to dream swaddles, they really seemed to help our little girl sleep. She’s now going on 14 weeks and we put her into a transitional swaddle at 12 weeks (with the removable zips on the arms) Just wondering when should I start introducing one arm out and then the other so she’s used to having her arms out freely? I know on their website it says when they show signs of rolling, I don’t think she’s quite there yet but she defo does love a good wriggle in her sleep.. I put her down straight and when she wakes up for a feed she’s not in the same place I left her 😂 Any tips would be a massive help!

I would just start now if I were you! Our LO isn’t rolling but wanted to get ahead of it so did 1 ark out for all naps (alternating arms) for a few days, then did it at night for a few days, then started two arms out for naps and now we’re on both arms out. I think she enjoys it as she sucks on her hands to settle herself

The same as Emma above, we started at 15 weeks even though he wasn't showing major signs of rolling, doing one arm at a time, as I had read that it can take some babies a few weeks to get used to it. Lucky we did, as he just suddenly started rolling a week later both ways 🙃😂
