Terrible twos

Are the terrible 2s real? Or is something going on with my daughter? She's been in a FOUL mood for the last week. More tantrums than I've ever seen from her before, and they're lasting longer. Initially I put it down to being constipated and belly ache. But now she's had a clear out I don't really know what to do. This morning (its only 6.35) She wanted to get out of bed She didn't want to get out of bed She wanted to watch Peppa pig I put peppa pig on the TV She wanted crisps for breakfast, but I made her potato cakes and fruit. She brought me a fruit bar from her 'yes' basket, so I opened it. Fml send in the troops

Unfortunately it’s a real thing 🫣 my daughter has hit the terrible 2’s and the meltdowns are exhausting. You are not alone.

Unfortunately yes. My sons been acting like this since the day after he turned 2. Hitting, throwing, tantrums over everything, spitting food and drink. It's so annoying isn't it! I swear this is the most tired I've been since having him. The heat probably isn't helping either as it's making them more irritable like ourselves but I've been told they do grow out of this phase. It's just a case of when 🙃

Having daughters are not for the weak😂😂😂

Same here 👋🏻 we are getting my little girl crossing her arms and glaring at us. I’m scared my husband can’t cope with her sassy attitude lol. I laugh it off but on the inside I’m crying 😭 send help lol

Ohhhh yeah.... Absolutely hate 18-30 months.... It does get easier after that!
