xcel r8 plus jogger stroller
I got a new stroller yesterday and I don't know what these are for they weren't on our last stroller and I was wondering if anyone knew I tried to find videos on YouTube about it and google it but I could find anything (photos in comments)
That long strap? I looked up review comments on this stroller on Walmart, and they say it's a safety wrist strap for the parent! (In case you let go for some reason it won't roll away I guess. Probly optional).
