Castor oil

I’ve found that when my baby is constipated (which isn’t that often) putting castor oil in his belly button helps tremendously. In about a couple hours/within the same day he goes pretty effortlessly. I just thought I’d share to any mommas who want a more natural way to help their babies and even themselves! Castor oil has many benefits and I’ve heard it can even break up/ dissolve fibroids!
