Nandos

We’re taking our 8 month old to nandos today, What can he eat? Shall I just go for plain chicken breast and chips and cut it into finger sticks? We’ve never tried BLW when out so any help is appreciated 🥰

Totally depends how much your little one eats, sometimes my son would just have something from our and other times he’d eat a full child’s meal We got the broccoli as a side for him and then gave 2 or 3 of our chips, with a chicken breast x

You can get corn on the cob and cucumber sticks, they also do tenderstem broccoli which is good along side some chicken just take the skin off if it has any either cut up in strips or as a drumstick x

Hi! We love a nandos in our house 😂 I personally would shred the chicken, I know it says from 9mo to shred, but if baby has never done BLW this might be an easier safer option! They do rice/veg and mash and things, I’m sure he’ll have a great time!

Corn on the cob has been my baby’s favourite!

The nandinos meals are actually super cute. They do plain chicken breasts, quinoa rice, broccoli stems, corn on the cob. I think they do Mac and cheese too and pittas.

I thought the Nandos plainish still had some light spice on it so I haven’t given our daughter any chicken from there but I could be wrong. She loves the pitta bread from there though haha she’d eat it for days if she could

@Mia it’s totally plain (but can be dry). The peri tamer is just bbq sauce too, that’s a favourite for my girl and there’s a lemon and herb one with no spice either xx
