Pregnancy journals

Hi all Does anyone have any pregnancy journal recommendations? I did one with my first baby, but in the end it felt more like a chore as it was weekly updates and it went all the way up until his first birthday. I just really want one that is literally for pregnancy and maybe the first month or two because I have a birthday letters from my baby book to carry on after that. Thank you x
