Yep. That was your implantation bleed. A very positive sign.

@Kira but how is that possible I’m currently day 26 of my cycle which is usually day 1 of next cycle

Most women don't find out they are pregnant until after a missed period but it's possible to get a positive pregnancy test and implantation bleeding as early as 8 days past ovulation. I don't know when you ovulated but you are definitely pregnant

@Kira sorry to jump on this but I took a test at 5 days late and was negative. I'm now 9 days late, could I still be pregnant if I take another test or is it impossible??

@Breeze you could definitely still be pregnant. A test will only show positive if there is enough HCG and if you ovulated late, you may not have had enough HCG. Some women can be 8+ WEEKS pregnant before they get a positive and on rare occasions, women don't show positive on a test at all but do on a blood test. You're not out until your period arrives.

@Kira thanks for replying I ovulated on day 14 of my cycle and today is my day 26 And i got bleeding today Usually i get periods around day 26-27 so worried.

@Kira thank you. That's really good advice. I'm just worried as had previous MC. I've been tracking periods since march and been between 26 and 28 days. I'm now on day 36 🙈🙈. Usually I get pms symptoms but nothing, I've had low back pain for last week though.

I had implantation bleeding with all 3 of my babies. Each being a bright red bleed lasting less than 24 hours.

@Kira When do u recommend taking pregnancy test? My last period date was 3rd august

I’d take another test. If still positive, maybe you could call your GP and say you were bleeding, etc, and request bloods tests.
