I also have it, OB just said that I will have 2 rounds of antibiotics when I go into labor. That’s it! Nothing to worry about!

I had it after I had my 2nd in the hospital was just given antibiotics then you'll most likely get it during labor nothing to worry about

Thanks y’all , I know I prob sound dramatic in this post 😂 I just had never looked much into it so I was freaking out

I had it and we didnt manage to get any antibiotics in during labour (long story) but they just tested little one periodically for sepsis incase it did pass but all was fine xx

I was positive too don’t worry at all it’s seriously nothing to stress about they will give you an IV of antibiotics throughout your labor and it will be totally fine your baby will be safe!

they give you a iv of penicillin before it does burn going into your veins at first & make sure you notify them so that they’re sure to give it to you my baby can’t out perfectly fine

before you go into labor they give you the group b medicine through your iv along with your epidural if you choose to get one. it’s just so you don’t pass it to the baby.
