BFP ❤️ what next?

Second cycle and I’ve just got a BFP 🥹 what did you do next - I’m assuming ring the clinic to let them know, but after that did you have an early scan with them or is it a case of just waiting for the ‘normal’ process eg. 12 week scan? NHS patient if that makes a difference?
