You did say diet changes too. I missed that. It's all so personal but maybe cut back/out gluten and dairy for the time being and see if that helps? Both can be hard on the stomach to process and causes slowed movements internally. I almost strictly ate fresh fruit and veg the first trimester. Got two of those big platters at the grocery store and that was food for the week 😂
Check your prenatal vitamin, I had that as well but then I switched to a different prenatal with a different type of iron in it and it helped a TON
