BC Recommendations?

I’d personally get the IUD. When I had the nexplanon I was bleeding constantly

^same. Had my daughter Feb 2022, constant bleeding all the way to October till managed to get an appointment to take it out

I have no issues with arm implant apart from would go without a period for sometimes 3 months then just bleed for 2-3 weeks max apart from that never had any issues
