Midwife no showed to my 34 week appointment

I was due to have my 34 week appointment yesterday but no midwife was there! I’ve left messages through the number I was given and told someone would contact back within 24 hours but still nothing can’t seem to speak to anyone! It’s stressing me out, I am high risk and expecting my baby early. I thought I would’ve at least been informed of any appointment that couldn’t go ahead

That’s terrible! Do you have your midwife’s direct number?

@Lia M I do but she’s on holiday, she told me this before booking the appointment as she knew she’d be away but had booked it with a midwife who would be covering her patients
