Sanitizing baby bottles in long flight

I honestly don’t think you can. I would say bring enough bottles to last you throughout the flight. I have 5 bottles in total and my baby drinks every 3 hours so I’m good for a while day. If you need, you can either wash the bottle with filtered water and not sanitize, or get more bottles. I don’t think airplanes have boiled water or else you can ask for some and rinse the bottle with boiled water to somewhat sterilize
