Olipop “soda” -9 grams of fiber or better bagels if you can eat gluten have 25 grams of fiber I believe. Figs have loads too!
Literally the only thing that has worked for me was prunelax it’s so miserable
Prune juice, grapes, apples, plenty of liquids. Maybe some chamomile tea with honey to help with your tummy if it hurts. I hope this helps
