Hey! My sister is a type 1 (which i appreciate is not the same illness). 10 is very high for a non-diabetic, but my sister has had levels of 40+ or just 'high' on the machine because it was too high to read. Just to give you an idea of scale :)
That's scary! What on earth would she need to eat to get those levels! Thank you ❤️
I'm in the same boat. So basically I've been measuring the glucose levels since 3 months ago since I was diagnosed, 3 times per day. On fasting it's supposed to be under 5.3 mmol/l and after food it's supposed to be under 7.9 if I am not mistaken. Don't know exactly how it works with the actual diagnostic test
