I have to get off my baby aspirin and I’m scared this will happen to me. Usually, if I get a BP spike, I lay down and it goes back to normal. I did my hair the other day and was on my feet. My ankles didn’t go back down until I wore compression socks and finished my hair. Gotta elevate the legs as much as possible.
@Chelsea I think the water is the biggest contribution plus eating somewhere outside of home...which I rarely do. I have been slacking on my water.. Barely peeing too. I'll shoot for a gallon all week. Thanks
@Aisha they tried to get me to take baby aspirin but I don't want more stomach lining issues. For me it started with cooking for my baby shower last weekend..I was on my feet for hours. I have an adjustable base bed... It didn't work the first night... So then I tried the compression socks over night. Those helped the swelling.
Lots of water and also a magnesium supplement helps me
Try meditating and destressor breathing ! Also elevating your ankles and make sure you’re drinking enough water. Outback easily could’ve put too much salt in the food is all so staying hydrated helps. That doesn’t seem high enough (if it’s temporary) to cause major problems but contact your dr! Especially if it stays elevated
