I joined a bunch of Facebook groups - 'weaning the blw way' is a really good one. I spent ages planning a meal plan of one meal a day where she can have some of it. Basically, the majority of food (no honey, low salt and low sugar) I cut into fingers/strips or quarter lengthways. Blueberries get squished, I also squish peas to make it easier for baby to grab otherwise they roll/bounce everywhere like tiny green bouncy balls!
There's also a free website (with free books! Well pay what you can or £0) called First Steps Nutrition and a book called How To Wean Your Baby.
