Lactose free …

My baby boy is up most nights with tummy pains due to colic. We’re both not sleeping either and heard a friend stopped colirelief and normal formula and went straight to lactose free and saw a massive improvement ! Has anyone else tried this? All we get from the doctors and health visitor is it’ll pass soon but we’re willing to try anything.
