Help! Estimated date of delivery (NHS app)

I’m due on the 25th October but have opted for an elective c section which I was told is usually scheduled at 39 weeks (my previous elected was at 39+4). I’ve just seen that in my records on the NHS app under consultants and events that the following has been added: 29 October 2024 Coded entry - Estimated date of delivery (1514) I’m due to see the consultant next week which I assume is when I will officially be booked in but now i’m panicking because the date recorded on the NHS app maybe suggests that my delivery date may exceed my due date… am I misinterpreting this and worrying for nothing or is it likely that they are scheduling my c section for that date? I’m low risk but suffering from severe PGP and have a history of panic disorder/ other mental health struggles so would prefer not to risk waiting to go into labour and for it to then end up being an emergency 😩 I also have a toddler at home so family and friends have scheduled holiday at work on the advice that I would be admitted around 39 weeks and it being scheduled beyond that date would mean that I would no longer have the support at home for the desired amount of time.
