Have a huge supporter of staying active while pregnant unfortunately first thing that got worse when I got pregnant was my existing back problems and now at 35 weeks I have to be careful how I lay how I sit how I walk how I stand pretty sure it doesn't mean if I blink wrong my back will seize I'm miserable and don't wanna be pregnant almost to the finish line!
