I read it too fast and I read "I had to swallow hot dog water" and I was like girl nooo
Hahahahah oh gosh no😂 that would have been horrible
I think the key is to keep something in your stomach at all times! Have some crackers or granola bars next to your bed and nibble throughout the day between meals. It doesn’t have to be much- just a few bites! The nausea often comes from having an empty stomach because your body is running through it faster for baby
I had soups , crackers , & protein shake . I used the up spring stomach settle for my nausea . It helps so much .
Drinking milk would be good
Saltines were my favorite and then whatever the baby was wanted ❤️ it’s better like second and trimester
Saltines and raw vegetables helped me during peak nausea. Bell peppers, cucumbers, spinach, and fruits too. I also ate a lot of pasta since meat made me really sick early on. Listen to your cravings so you get the calories
I was never hungry in my first trimester. I wasn’t sick or anything just not hungry. I lost 25lbs lol I ate apples and peanut butter and yogurt a lot
Boosts were what I used to help get protein and nutrients into me (they had to be like almost frozen cold for me to stomach though). I would also drink broths and nibble on crackers. Hang in there!
try some meal replacement shakes love, they helped me a lot my first trimester
