Milton sterilising solo traveller

Hi, we are about to go on a short trip soon and we need to sterilise baby’s bottles. I’m formula feeding for the record. We tested the Milton one this morning and I’m confused as the liquid smells strong - like bleach? So I was wondering… is it safe for the baby? Sorry if the question is silly… but I’m reluctant to give bottle to the baby…

It’s perfectly fine you can flick off the excess water but no need to rinse.. I was apprehensive at first but it’s been fine x

Milton is weak bleach, but bleach breaks down into salt and water, so it's safe to use. And yes just shake off excess water

I always worry about this. Even with rapidcools, I sterilise in Milton and then rinse with water from the kettle. I hate the thought of my baby ingesting it because it seems so strong

I thought this too but read up on it and it's fine, I have been doing it when on holiday and baby is fine. Xx

We used over holiday , baby is fine but I got new bottles as they became blury
