Does anyone have a recipe for mole ? My husband is Mexican and he wants mole but I’ve never made it before and I want to make sure it’s good enough

I personally don’t have a recipe but if he has someone specific who has made it and he likes theirs I would reach out to them and ask the recipe! Everyone makes it so different I’ve had one that was super spicy then another that tasted like someone dropped a cinnamon roll on some chicken 🤣🤣🤣
