Thought I’d share a realistic update..

This is my first born, when she was a baby I made everything from scratch, fancy foods & veg, all the cute bamboo plates and sippy cups galore 😅 She is now 4, she asked for noodles with hotdogs for lunch.. this was after she ate chocolate brioche & crisps for breakfast that she served herself 😂😂 I promise she has had some fruit today, and dinner was her fav Greek lentil soup 😂 But when your foodie babies turn to toddlers, they’ll no doubt go through a phase of refusing all their fav foods and will probably end up spending a couple of weeks relying on bananas, yoghurt & crisps 😂😂😂😂

Thanks for this x

THIS 🙌🏻❤️ my 2 year old ate only two bananas and a packet of mini cheddars yesterday, I made all her food as a baby. My second is 6 months, I’m giving him a mix of home cooked and ready made pouches. They all end up eating chicken nuggets in the end, everything in moderation xx

She served herself breakfast? Big win

@Aurora right!! 😂😂

This right here is why I don’t judge a parent on their food choices for their kid. So many variables and life changes

Its important to teach kids to have a positive relationship with all foods! Thanks for the reminder ☺️

My kid saw a tomato on the bench yelled apple grabbed it and ate it. But had literally refused sooo much food home cooked shit these last few days. He also helped himself to two bananas yesterday.

Greek lentil soup is the best 😍

@Joanna stunning right! My MIL taught me to make it when we visited them the first time in Greece and honestly, one of my top 3 dishes!😍

@Jae🌝 can you share a recipe? x

It's so funny to me when people are like "my 7 month old loooooves their food ☺️" and are extra smug about it. Just wait. My 11 month old still eats pretty much what I give her but even now she'll sometimes push her lunch around on the tray, point at the cheerios, and ask for more of those instead. I'm waiting for the other ball to drop.
