Finding jobs while pregnant
I’m struggling with the motivation to find a job. I’m almost 3 months pregnant and I have applied to at least 40+ places (fast food included, I’m desperate), Ive gone into 10 interviews in the past week and haven’t heard back, and I’m extremely frustrated. I’m worried about getting a full time job and then having to leave once the baby is born, and I’m also worried about something part time and them not sticking to what we agreed upon hour wise. I feel like I’m about to lose everything and I don’t know what to do. Part of me is looking for advice, another part of me just wants to give up.
Hello! I understand your struggle, that was how I was a couple weeks ago. I’m currently about five months pregnant myself. There is a law that they can’t discriminate against pregnant women. That being said, if you’re in Salt Lake area, Hogle Zoo is hiring. I’m in the food area of it and they are super accommodating!
