I have the opposite problem I'm always hungry/ snackish and my boyfriend gets worried.
Yes I'm hungry in the morning and lunch and find eating dinner difficult
For me it works if i eat small portions and snack on fruits or similar. Other than that i would get nauseous
Same for me. Its weird knowing others are extra hungry when your appetite gets lower than usual. It helps me to eat something early for breakfast already and then I gotta remind myself to eat throughout the day. The only time I feel like I get a feeling of being hungry is at like 10pm. However be aware that if you feel light nausea that’s likely a sign of being hungry. If you can’t detect that, set reminders in your phone if necessary. Oh and maybe don’t drink carbonated drinks cause to me it feels like they fill me up way too fast.
I’ve struggled with appetite my whole pregnancy! I feel like I’ve gone back to my 1st trimester aversions (meat). It’s the worst in the afternoon/evening so I try to eat as much as I can during the first half of the day!
