@Maisey I have joined a few Facebook groups but never found anyone close to talk to, most people still ask can I not ask a family or friend for help and it’s tiring because it’s just not an option 😅 I’ve been a SAHM too but with university next year they would qualify for 85% funded nursery fees so I do have that in my favour
If you want this baby then you got this mama! You will only end up regretting your choices if you decide based off of coercion / threats, it is your body so it is your choice. But firstly depending on what you’re studying I’m sure you’d be able to organise something regarding your course work for uni. Whether it be special considerations - like sitting exams under certain conditions or some leeway with deadlines. Some uni’s also have day care too. Secondly, being pregnant with a toddler was hard. I won’t lie but I fell pregnant when my son was 4-5m old. There’s 14m between them. I have a list of things that helped me prepare for when baby arrived especially since I was by myself a lot of the time as it is just me & hubby and he had to return to work 5days later. I think it’s amazing that you’re considering doing all of this. I’m so proud of you and I know you can do this if this is what you want. You are one strong supermum ❤️
That does sounds quite stressful to think about. I’m sorry you’re going through this as it’s a lot. I’m a sahm and had 2 under 2 (my boys are now 2 and 8 months) so being home full time with them is the only way I can relate to doing it on my own partially. If you don’t want to have an abortion I believe it is fully doable. It will be stressful at times but tbh the hardest part is third trimester pregnancy with a toddler. My son was 7 months old when I got pregnant with my second. Maybe try to see if there’s mom groups in your area that you could get involved in to help you find some friends? Or see if you have facebook groups to join with other moms?
