Best Prenatal Classes

What are some of your favorite prenatal classes in Utah? I’m specifically in Herriman so near that would be great but I would love to compile a list.

Hey! I teach Prenatal yoga in Brigham City, Ogden, and Bountiful 🧘‍♀️🤰

We went to St Mark's for our birthing classes. They were very comprehensive. Ours was taught by a doula so we got both natural and medical perspectives.

@Sydney that’s awesome!! I wish I lived up there! Do you know of any prenatal yoga classes farther south?
