Weight loss while pregnant

Hello! Just so you have a little back story, I’m ~9 months post partum. My baby died 3 days after birth… so since I gave birth I kinda ate my emotions (not even that much tbh, but I wasn’t watching what I was eating + I think because of the stress+depression I gained alot of weight). I was super blessed because when I gave birth, literally the same day I had a super flat stomach (almost even flatter than before my pregnancy which is crazy). But now I’m pregnant again 🥹, but I’m really uncomfortable with my weight and I don’t feel good at all. I’m going through a 2nd pregnancy after birth and I feel like my body will be messed up after that. I’m also super bloated which doesn’t help so I already look 5 month pregnant all the time even tho I’m only 2. (it doesn’t show the bloating on the video because I’m sitting) but anyway. I was wondering if I train and eat super well during this pregnancy do I have a chance to lose my belly/overall fat? My doctor says don’t try to lose weight but by eating good and training you might see changes. Do you think it’s true? I need a little bit of hope lol ❤️

Im sorry for your loss mama 🥲 and I honestly do think if you train and eat well it will certainly give you a better chance to keep the habit which will contribute to losing and toning back to pre pregnancy or even better?🏆

Yes listen to your doctor you are now high risk with having a loss so you should keep your activity low but what is training I’m lost in that portion of your dialogue. Try to stay hydrated stay away from soda and sparkling water and just maintain well rounded whole diet not diet to lose weight exactly but diet as in how a person eats .

I am so sorry for your loss 🥺 about your question yes what your doctor advised is true so just eat healthy lots of vegetables and protein drink plenty of water keep your self active I don’t mean spending hours in the gym but a simple walk will help since you haven’t do much lately always listen to your body praying for you and a healthy pregnancy 🤰🏻 and delivery

Sorry for your lost I’m almost 5 months pregnant and don’t look pregnant I have HG really bad so eating is hard for me but from my previous pregnancy my soon to be 11 year old I didn’t eat much with her more so healthy because when I get pregnant even though Irs my second I get HG is Hyperemesis gravidarumif u eat healthy you will snap back

Hi hun 👋🏼 first off so sorry for your loss 😩💔 Second, please listen to your doctor, pregnancy is not a time to try and lose weight, prioritie your nutrition and exercise, but what I will say that you’ve most likely have unhealed DR after your last pregnancy, and that’s why you feel the way you feel. So concentrate on pregnancy safe pelvic floor and deep core muscles exercises.

Thank you all so much for your advice!!! 🥹 it is really much appreciated. And thank you all for the kind words ❤️❤️❤️
