Divorce,child support and child custody
I need advice in what to do! They favor my baby daddy more today at court and didn’t even hear me out! He lied to the judge and made me look like the bad person and I’m in shock because I didn’t feel heard and also he’s joining the military. He doesn’t want be put on child support and I’ve been mentally exhausted from all this and he lied to me saying we live closer my family for support but then end up staying where we use live and never quitting his job like he said he was going to and getting a new job where I am right now. He up and left us here without telling me anything till my second boy was born. He made me believe he move up here and that our marriage was okay but decided last minute to separate from me and get divorce. The judge favor him and didn’t care what I had say .

Girl this stuff is just so hard 😩😩😩 I just want a fair trial that’s it and I told them my kid that had autism isn’t comfortable with everybody and that I want him to be able to come here and get to know his son again and the judge didn’t give a care saying that all kids are like that so basically she wants my kid to feel uncomfortable with his father that he barely sees
Girl I don’t even know because I’m going through the same. My BD told me he refuses to check the box where he will let me move outside the county with our baby. My family lives nowhere near me for support and I’m scared to take it to court. Times are changing fr and these men are careless and ruthless. Pretending like no other.
