Baby crying and arching

My baby is 13 weeks tomorrow and is normally a happy baby who only cries if we don’t get a bottle in time. The last couple of days, there has been screaming and back arching and has been pretty inconsolable. I’ve checked everything, hunger, nappy, temperature and all is fine. Even a bath isn’t working 🥺 We went to the doctor today for an unrelated issue, and they said baby looked great, so I’m not sure that it’s a medical problem. Has anyone else experienced this and can put my mind at rest? I’m starting to get really anxious 😔

Mien has been the same and I’m breastfeeding so I don’t know if it’s a phase or something. Today I got scared with all the screaming

Mines 13 weeks and been like this the last few days too. Screaming when she's hungry, when she wants to play, when she wants to sleep, Even with contact sleep. I hope it's a phase 🥴

I had this between 10-12 weeks with my LG. She’s usually very chilled and doesn’t really cry much but over those two weeks it was on/off screaming for hours, mostly in the evening. GP said colic although I think it was because of her jabs. She also refused the breast which was terrifying. I could only get her to feed in her sleep. Luckily it was just a phase and she’s back to her normal self again 🤞🏼

My baby has only arched her back before if she’s had a really bad tummy/wind. After massaging her tummy and whatnot she calms and then later on she’s pooped or farted. Not sure if this helps!
