He already pooped and still trynna poop 😭 I hate when he strains like that sounds painful but I have a question if sometimes he’s asleep and milk comes out his nose it’s that reflux ?

Your baby is so cute!! Have you tried belly massage? And yes, milk through their noses is reflux and can cause congestion
@Gigi definitely sounds like he’s congested every night . And sounds like he has mucus or something in his mouth I have to suction out and thank you so much !

I find sitting with my legs up and sitting the baby down back against my legs and his legs tucked around my stomach helps him so much also just moving him around to help the gas travel
