Hey girlies I’m in need to loose weight my body is making me not want to look in the mirror or even wear any body hugging closed I used to be so comfortable in how I looked and now any form of going out or meeting people I feel Embarrassed. I had a c section 3 months ago and I can’t seem to move the weight I put on while pregnant.! I can’t do any kind of “weights” until I’m 6 months and been advised not to do to much as it’s still “fresh” please ladies help a girl out 😔💔

Would you consider trying mounjaro it's the only thing that has got my weight moving not everyone agrees with it but that's their opinion it works for me and I'm starting to feel like me again 2 years after my youngest was born x

Yes it's an injection honestly I have lost 1st 1lb in 6 weeks I have my 7th weigh in tomorrow message me if you want to chat about it x

I started a calorie deficit and increasing my step count everyday. Start small and work your way up you got this!

Like Kristin, I also just focused on calorie deficit. I used a calorie counting app, and have lost over 5st this year. Only cost was for the app, no side effects, eating what I want, I didn’t exercise for 6 months and only do minimal now. I’ve learned a lot about my eating habits over this time and feel confident that I can continue to take it into the future.
