We were advised to with my firstborn I've kept up with it since we've moved GP since and it wasn't a problem. But tbf they never asked just said "to keep up with calpol" I found it better as it kicks in quicker
I've never heard that they would refuse giving the vaccine, why on earth would that be? I've heard that with the rotovirus one if they spit it up you can't be sure if they got the full Calpol dose and couldn't offer again. But I think it's fine to give before hand especially for the third set where there's no oral vaccine.
So I did not give it, as was not sure… But the nurse said I definitely could 😅 Anyway, will give beforehand for 1-year vaccines, which are 4 injections instead of 2 😭
That's interesting as I know that our surgery refused before when given Calpol beforehand
