Anyone’s baby can’t digest formula (not allergy)?

Hey, my baby is usually breastfed and if we try to give him formula after the next breastfeed he throws up a lot until there’s only bile left. Docs don’t reckon it’s allergy although we’re not certain but just wondering if anyone else has heard or experienced this?

Has he got any other symptoms? As if he’s not keeping formula down it is often a sign of an allergy/intolerance x

It sounds like a cows milk protein allergy. If baby has been breastfed till now introducing large amounts of cows milk protein via formula may not be suiting his body.

Try a different formula my baby wouldn’t take anything from enfamil and the only one she likes and will keep down is simulac 360 sensitive the orange one!

Same happened - the more modified the formula was the worse it was. Ie including exactly those for easier digestion. After six changes eventually kendamil organic plus their probiotics worked out well. Ie most natural milk. Shame now kendamil has issues with their supply and it feels we are back to square one.
