Yummy easy dinner flavor profiles
I’ve been obsessed with this equation for my dinners. A protein (chicken, salmon, shrimp for me usually), beans (more protein), 1/4 cup rice and veggies (avocado, corn, cucumber tomato salad usually). It is so quick to make and everything compliments each other so well. I repeat this so often and it is helping me reach my goals. Easy, tasty and nutritious meals are a win for me!
