Silent reflux advice

Can anyone give advice on silent reflux. At first we thought it was colic but she doesn’t really cry as much a people say she would, if she had it. I’ve had a look online and i think she may have silent reflux symptoms shown: - she’s isn’t always sick however when she is it smells so bad! - her breath smells sicky even if she hasn’t been sick - She is so uncomfortable when we put her down on her back (you can imagine what nighttime’s are like for us😩) but she will happily sleep when in someone’s arms. - She is tense and is always lifting her legs up when she is laid down and goes bright red in the face - when she gets hiccups, she will be sick. -She doesn’t really burp as well as we want however does fart all the time after a feed. - she is bunged up and appears worse at night We have tried pace feeding and keep her up right after every feed for at least 30mins and we use MAM bottles. One thing to say is she is pooing every 24hrs and is taking her bottle perfectly fine with no fuss She was originally on Kendamil however over the last 2 days she’s been on Kendamil comfort but it doesn’t seem to have changed much ( maybe because she hasnt got colic as we originally thought ) I’m am going to ring my GP tomorrow but given what I’ve said would you say it is silent reflux? Any suggestion to help or is there anything I can give her as nothing is suggested online? (in all honestly my doctors acts like he doesn’t have a clue most of the time which is why I’ve turn to you guys😂)

I’m suspecting the same thing with ours. Infact I can hear it come up and her swallowing it again. I think they can give baby gaviscon but constipation is a side effect. If that doesn’t work, I think there is stronger stuff. Would also love to hear other people’s experiences

It's very similar to what my preemie twins have been showing, they've been prescribed infant gaviscon and are now a lot better

@Sarah how much do you give? And has it caused constipation

HV suggested baby gaviscon and has really helped, haven’t changed her formula either. X

My boy has the same and we use carobel thickening in his milk. Not away completely but a lot better and with age it seems to be getting a bit better.
