Hey I would suggest calling or emailing if there’s a number, after I registered my daughter I applied and it only took about 2 weeks for me to start getting my payments

Haaaay I applied at the beginning of July and even now I've heard nothing from them . I had given them a call about a month ago and they had informed me that they have a massive back log that's why it is taking them so long If I was you , I would call them to see how much longer you'll have to wait xx

Did you apply online or post? I did post and it got lost I waited three months to check with them which was annoying
