Maybe wee was too diluted
Test at the same time every day. If you can would get a Hcg blood test. Any pain contact early pregnancy unit or A&E if needed. I’ve had the same - it’s awful and yes sooo confusing. I’ve had pain too so had my Hcg checked and due scan on Tuesday xxxxx
